We believe that in the security testing industry there is no substitute for skill and experience. We understand that traditional network security mechanisms are important elements of a secure computing environment, and that these elements must be tested.

Our Senior Management Team

Richard Zaluski
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Zaluski is founder of iVOLUTION Technologies, an industry leading Information Technology Security Provider. With nineteen years of Security and Technology experience, he has worked with the Fortune Fifty and the Department of Homeland Defense in association with Canadian organizations. As a subject matter expert, he is a course author in Applied Penetration Testing, Network Security Assessment and Open Source Security Tools. He has aided in the developed of enterprise security assessment methodologies and is versed in aspects of information security, information warfare, business and national intelligence information collection.

Mr. Zaluski has worked with Canadian, US and European based clients and partners, implementing technologies dealing with security testing and assessment, wired and wireless intrusion detection and prevention, endpoint protection as well as Privacy and Security compliance as it relates to SOX, HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA and the EU Privacy Directive (EUPD). The courseware authored by Mr. Zaluski has been employed by the fortune 50.

Richard is responsible for the company's strategic direction and management, architecting the vision and direction of the company as it makes its way to the forefront of security assessment, penetration testing and threat management systems technology.

Erin Carroll
Chief Technology Officer

An IT veteran with over 17 years in the industry. Mr. Carroll has worked for companies such as Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, and T-Mobile, as well as the United States Navy. As a subject matter expert in security, Mr. Carroll’s security background encompasses penetration testing and vulnerability assessment work that leverages his years in network security design and architecture expertise.

Erin has also performed forensic analysis, fraud and corporate espionage investigation and financial auditing. With a strong background in corporate governance and compliance he has also been involved with SOX/GLBA compliance auditing. His security assessment and penetration testing experience has involved Fortune 500 companies and world-class enterprise networks with hosts numbering in the thousands.

Erin is also the moderator for the SecurityFocus penetration-testing mailing list; one of the top discussion lists for penetration testing and security professionals worldwide, with several thousand subscribers.

Mr. Carroll  continues to bring the latest advancements in technology for developing and supporting bleeding edge commercial and open source technology testing tools that enhance the capabilities of the company's product.

George Mancini
Chief Operating Officer

George Mancini is responsible for overseeing strategic direction and administration operations for iVOLUTION Security Technologies Incorporated. George has over 25 years of experience as a senior management leader in Information Technology and strategic partner to executive management and has expertise in planning and managing in rapidly moving technology environments.

George was previously at Canadian Satellite Communications, Star Choice Television, Cogeco Cable and Procor Limited where he served in increasingly responsible Information Technology roles culminating in Chief Information Officer. He was responsible for all aspects of corporate Information Technology including strategic planning, operations, development, web presence and security. He served as a long time member of the Canadian Council of Chief Information Officers for the Conference Board of Canada. George holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Tracy Little
Vice President, Sales and Services

As the Vice President of Sales and Service, Tracy Little is responsible for managing revenue generation worldwide through the company’s direct sales force, consulting on organization and strategic partnerships and leading the company’s customer service to continue to provide the highest level of customer support for current and new of iVOLUTION’s security testing and vulnerability assessment solutions. 

Before joining iVOLUTION, Tracy was a court registrar Criminal Division for the Ministry of the Attorney General and also worked in the Civil Litigation Department.

Tracy is also responsible for all legal work of a company with duties including litigation, corporate secretary, lobbying and ethics. Tracy plays a leading role in corporate communications, corporate compliance and intellectual property strategy.

Her leadership and dedication over seven years led to the iVOLUTION’s development as a global leader in security testing and auditing services.

Johnny Rodrigues
Director of Business Development

Johnny has more than 15 years of high-tech experience in international sales, business development and customer service. At iVOLUTION, Johnny is responsible for expanding the company's sales channels, working closely with business partners, and building and maintaining customer relationships.

Prior to joining iVOLUTION, Rodrigues served as Vice President, Sales & Business Development for QR Systems Inc., an IT Education and Software company.  Before that, he was Senior Engagement Manager for Bay3000 Corporate Education, where provided Project Management consulting and formed strategic partnerships with IBM, (OSPE) Ontario Society of Professional Engineers and the Ontario Ministry of Health.
